Solid-Liquid Extraction
The solid-liquid extraction (SLE) technology we use enables the isolation of active compounds from plant-based raw materials by selectively dissolving them in carefully selected solvents.
The process is carried out using selected raw materials
- Aqueous systems
- Alcoholic systems
- Mixtures thereof
Solid-liquid extraction is used for plant-based raw materials such as dried herbs and frozen fruit. The solvent is selected according to the physicochemical properties of the target compounds, including polarity and solubility.

Extraction is carried out under controlled process conditions
The process is controlled by key technological parameters that influence extraction efficiency and the composition of the final extract.

Single-stage or multi-stage extraction
- Single-stage
- Multi-stage
Depending on the raw material characteristics and final product requirements, extraction can be carried out in a single-stage or multi-stage process.
- 1 Extraction — single or multi-stage manner
- 2 Phase separation by decantation or sedimentation
- 3 Phase separation — by decantation or sedimentation
- 4 Further processing — filtration and concentration to remove the solvent
Carried out in a repeatable and controlled manner
The entire process is designed to ensure repeatability, control and consistency, taking into account the key technological parameters that influence the quality and composition of the final extract.
-
Repeatable
The process is carried out according to defined technological parameters.
-
Controlled
Key process conditions are monitored to support consistency and quality.
-
Key technological parameters
Temperature, time, solvent system and phase ratio are selected according to the raw material and target compounds.
